What are the current COVID requirements for attendance?
All persons 12y and older entering the building to attend an event will be required to show valid proof of full vaccination 14 days prior to the event OR proof of a third-party administered negative PCR or Antigen COVID-19 test which was taken within 72 hours of the event. Children ages 2y to 12y must have proof of a negative COVID test. No at-home or antibody tests will be accepted. 
Please bring: - Legible proof of vaccination or negative test result (digital images or photocopies are acceptable) and -Photo ID, for verification.

Masks are required for all attendees over the age of 2. Masks must comply with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) mask recommendation. Face coverings are required indoors, regardless of vaccination status.

What is Aspen Show Tix at the Wheeler?

Aspen Show Tix is a program of the Wheeler Opera House providing ticketing services for events on-site at the Wheeler, off-site locations and online at aspenshowtix.com

Aspen Show Tix operates out of the Wheeler Opera House in Aspen, Colorado and provides ticketing services for events on-site at the Wheeler, at various off-site locations and online at  aspenshowtix.com. As an integral part of the Wheeler Opera House, the box office serves audiences of locals, seasonal residents, and tourists year-round.

What health and safety protocols are being followed at events in response to the COVID pandemic? (Mask policy, social distancing, etc.)
Events held at the Wheeler Opera House currently follow guidelines approved by the City of Aspen, and a complete overview of these guidelines can be found
here . If your event is held at a different venue, please contact that venue to learn more about their protocols. 


How do I change the zip code on my account?
To complete your sale, the zip code on your Aspen Show Tix account MUST match the billing zip code on the credit card used. This additional method of security verification increases the safety of your transaction.
          -To change the zip code on your Aspen Show Tix account, you must first log in.
          -Once logged in, click "My Info" on the menu bar at the top of the page.
          -On the left-hand side of this page under "My Account", click "Account Information".
          -You will then have the option under "Addresses" to "Edit Address".
          -Once complete, click the red "Update" button and your customer account will be updated.
          -You can then proceed back to your "Shopping Cart" (top right) to complete your sale.

Do you have ADA seating?
ADA seating accommodations are available and reserved solely for patrons with disabilities and their companions. Whenever possible, please contact the box office in advance for details about the specific venue you plan to attend.

Do you have assisted listening devices?
Please inquire about assisted listening device availability at the venue you are attending.

​Is there accessible parking available?
When purchasing tickets in person at Aspen Show Tix, there are 2 designated ADA parking spots on E. Hyman Avenue, one in front of the Wheeler and the other directly across the street in front of the popcorn wagon.

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket for another performance?
There are no refunds or exchanges unless an event has been postponed or cancelled. All dates, times, programs and artists are subject to change. All ticket sales are final.

What happens if I have tickets to an event that has been cancelled?
If an event is cancelled, refunds may be obtained at point of purchase.

If I purchased tickets for a venue other than the Wheeler Opera House, where can I pick up my tickets?
If you have purchased tickets for an event that is not taking place at the Wheeler Opera House, will call tickets may be picked up at the event venue 30 minutes prior to show time. You may also pick up your tickets at the Wheeler Opera House box office in the days leading up to the event.

What if I purchased tickets from another website or reseller?
Aspen Show Tix sells tickets for multiple venues, including the Wheeler Opera House. There are online ticketing sites that represent themselves as being the Wheeler Opera House's box office but are actually ticket resellers. We highly recommend that you bookmark www.aspenshowtix.com. Aspen Show Tix does not guarantee that tickets purchased from third party vendors will be valid.

What if I arrive late to a performance?
It is recommended that you arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to show time. You may be asked to wait for a pause or intermission during the performance. Please confirm your event time and location.

The event I'm interested in is SOLD OUT, can I get on a waiting list?
The box office does not keep an advance waiting list for sold out events. On occasion, tickets may become available at the last minute. Check with the box office at the venue on the day/night of the event.

Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates may be purchased online, over the phone, or in person at the Wheeler Opera House box office.
