Where is the box office located?
Aspen Show Tix is based out of the Wheeler Opera House at 320 E. Hyman Ave, Aspen, CO 81611. Please check your ticket or invoice to verify the venue that your event is taking place at.There will be a box office representative at your venue.

Can I purchased​​​​​ ADA accessible seating?
Accessible seating is reserved solely for patrons with disabilities and their companions. Please contact the box office directly if you have questions. Patrons who abuse this policy could have their order canceled, or face legal action.

​​Is there a difference in price if I order tickets online?
There is a flat $5 order fee that applies to all internet and phone orders.

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket for another performance?
There are no refunds or exchanges unless an event has been postponed or canceled. All ticket sales are final.

What if I purchased tickets from another website or reseller?
Aspen Show Tix sells tickets for multiple venues, including the Wheeler Opera House. There are online ticketing sites that represent themselves as being the Wheeler Opera House's box officer, but are actually ticket resellers (or, less politely, scalpers). We highly recommend that you bookmark www.aspenshowtix.com. Aspen Show Tix does not guarantee that tickets purchased from third party vendors will be valid.

Are children allowed in the venue?
We sell tickets for a variety of performances, and at multiple venues. For some events, the venue may allow children under the age of 2 to sit on a lap without a ticket. Please call the box office for clarification, or if you have a question about age appropriate performances.

What if I arrive late to a performance?
It is recommended that you arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to show time. You may be asked to wait for a pause or intermission during the performance. Please check your ticket or invoice carefully for event time and location.

The event I'm interested in is SOLD OUT, can I get on a waiting list?
The box office does not keep an advance waiting list for sold out events. On occasion, tickets may become available at the last minute. Check with the box office at the venue on the day/night of the event.

Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates may be purchased online, over the phone, or in person at the Wheeler Opera House box office.

I lost my ticket. What should I do?
Please contact the Aspen Show Tix box office at 970-920-5770 to reprint your ticket for will call.

My ticket was emailed to me. Do I need to print it?
Yes, all print at home tickets need to be printed. Please contact the Aspen Show Tix box office at 970-920-5770 if you are having trouble printing your ticket.

I never received my print at home ticket. What should I do?
Please check your junk or spam folders for your ticket attachment. If you do not see them there, call the box office to either resend the email or hold them at will call.

Events at the Wheeler Opera House:
Parking: 
Valet Parking: American Parking Solutions (APS) offers daily and nighttime valet operation in front of the Caribou Club on Hopkins Avenue. Daily service begins at 11am, introductory rates are $12 for the first two hours, $3 for additional hours and $18 for a maximum daily rate. Nighttime valet service also will be available at a flat rate of $12 after 5 p.m. until midnight.
ADA Parking: There are 2 designated ADA parking spots on E. Hyman Avenue, one in front of the Wheeler and the other directly the street in front of the popcorn wagon. 

Is there an elevator to the balcony?
No. Elevator stops at the orchestra theater level. Balcony seating is accessed by additional stairs that have handrails for assistance.

Does the Wheeler have a bar? What time does it open?
Yes, the Wheeler Opera House has a bar. Typically, the bar opens 30 minutes prior to film screenings, and 1 hour prior to live performances. Bar scheduling is subject to change.

Is coat check available?
Yes, we do offer coat check, free of charge in the bar lobby.

Is there a lost and found?
Yes, please call the box office at 970-920-5770 to check if your item was turned in.

Do you offer hearing impaired devices?
Yes, please check with an usher or house manager when you arrive.

Help- the show is too loud for me!
Foam earplugs are available in coat check or the box office.

Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
No, all concessions must be purchased at the bar. You may bring an empty water bottle to fill once you have entered the venue.

Events at Other Venues:

If I purchased tickets for a venue other than the Wheeler Opera House, where can I pick up my tickets?
If you have purchased tickets for an event that is not taking place at the Wheeler Opera House, will call tickets may be picked up at the event venue 30 minutes prior to show time. You may also pick up your tickets at the Wheeler Opera House box office in the days leading up to the event.

Is there an elevator to the balcony?
The Aspen District Theatre does not have an elevator to the balcony. All other venues do not have a  balcony and are ADA accessible.

Do you offer hearing impaired devices?
No, unfortunately hearing impaired devices are not available at other venues.
